Description: Lincoln Elementary is located in northeastern Rockingham County. It serves Pre K-5 and is a feeder school for Rockingham County Middle School. Lincoln Elementary was created in 2000 when Happy Home and Sadler Elementary schools combined to form one school.

All equipment and furnishings were not in good repair. There is a child-sized picnic table that has wooden bench seats. The seats are splintering. There is one (1) piece of the black plastic border surrounding the mulched area for the piece of stationary equipment that is cracked at the bolt. | |||

The outdoor premises were not clean, drained and free of litter and hazardous materials grass and other vegetation in a manner which does not encourage vermin. The outdoor area had standing water in the mulch area on the side of a playhouse structure. |
