I have used this provider for more than 6 months

BAD BUSNIESS! At first I was impressed but to only find out that Ms. Robin is trying to extort me for my hard earned money. She wants people to honor a contract that she doesn't even honor. I've paid in advance for two weeks service several that I never even used and still she wants to charge additional money with a two weeks notice. This is bad business and I felt like i was being punished for not having my son there everyday on a daily. I should only pay for a service that I need.

I apologize if you did not have a clear understanding of the contract that you agreed to and signed. I have always prided myself in providing exceptional care to children and I am straightforward with what I expect from the families I provide care for and they know exactly what they can expect from me in return. Great communication is vital in any type of relationship whether it is personal or business, even more so in childcare, and therefore, I would have hoped that you would have come to me with your concerns and misunderstandings instead of resorting to this.
