I came in to ask a question and the lady who introduced herself as the owner was talking to a parent about how a certain staff member was incompetent and how she never should have been hired. When I told her I felt that was inappropriate and unprofessional to say out in the open she told me not to worry the staff member used to be family and when I said it still was unprofessional she said I could take my business elsewhere. She was very rude and snobby. There were kids running and one teacher was trying to manage all of them while she just stood chatting. I will not be going back anytime soon.
The staff is very caring and you can tell they love each child they take care of. They have a gal who comes everyday to cook great nutritional foods that the little ones gobble up. The manager works with your schedule, no matter how crazy. Definitely recommend!
