I will say this is truly a caring daycare the people who work here sincerely, care about your children. This is one of the only day cares that stayed open all the way through Covid so they parents like myself continue to work.
The director is extremely rude. She changed the prices on us 3 times and then when I questioned her about it she made it out as if I were the crazy one and swore that she never did. I double checked my records and yes, the prices changed. (I have the checks on my account...why she thought she could just lie is beyond me.) So I started making them type up and sign what they are charging me with the date. Also the staff acts like YOURE the crazy one for asking any questions about your child (not just the director.) and I was lied to repeatedly about how often they go outside(almost never according to my children), what toys they are provided with (hardly any once you're school age) etc. I once found my baby (9 mo. at the time) just sleeping in the middle of the floor and they would change her room randomly without asking us and still charge the baby price. Also they use a "curriculum" and all you get is a color sheet once a year or when you ask about it that is so obviously just colored or written in by a teacher created to pacify my questioning.
The director is rude. She does not provide information on your child when asked multiple times. The staff is questionable about the care provided. Several times the director had her young daughter letting just anyone back where the children are kept. Not a safe place.
