Based on the details and the timeline provided, the child was in the hallway for a minute or less. LS spoke with the director that verified that this information is correct. The teacher who was in the room is not here today so LS is unable to speak with her. The program states they have a policy in place for name-to-face in the tablet that should be done at least 4x (lining up, out of the room, arriving to destination, inside of destination) to prevent these incidents. Per the program, the teacher stated she did not follow this procedure since she was only taking the children up the hallway and back.
