My daughter switched to this school at 3 years old to get a better education prior to kindergarten. Mrs Rumya- the director at LFM hands down runs an amazing school. The staff takes excellent care of these students and has the most patience than I’ve ever seen. They understand every child is different and know exactly how to handle any situation. My daughter has become so independent since starting at this school and is already reading sight words to us at home. The director and staff also took outstanding measures to keep the school clean and safe during our covid-19 pandemic that I felt great knowing I was leaving my daughter in their care during this time since I was an essential worker and had to go to work. You will not regret your decision with this school!
Beware! Although I really thought this place would be amazing...it has turned out to be a nightmare. The assistant director lied/minimized to my face the severity of a health issue (that ended up putting my child in the hospital), the teacher broke HIPPA and told me the NAME of the infected child, and now the owner will not even give us our deposit back (it does say in their policy that it is non-refundable, but this is a pretty unusual case). Our daughter went to the school for 3 HALF days, caught RSV, and never went back. They cashed a check from us for over $1300 and will not give us any refund. Why??? I don’t understand. We do not feel comfortable or confident putting our daughter at this daycare...and now it feels like they are stealing from us. Unreal. What would it hurt to give us our deposit back? They didn’t even provide services for all the money we gave them. Aside from the lies and the HIPPA violation, the way they handled the situation and run their business is shady.
Please think twice before doing business with them.
