This daycare has four violation citations listed on the official government-supervised daycare website. Before considering enrollment, please check the CDSS government site for details.
The teachers are extremely lacking in patience. For children who are new and still in the adjustment period, they provide no proper care or comfort. When my child broke down emotionally and cried continuously for hours, instead of soothing, the teacher coldly remarked: “Why is everyone else not crying, only you are crying?”
What shocked me most was that when my child was crying so hard he began convulsing, the teacher took out a large camera and repeatedly snapped photos of his face. Afterward, the teacher ignored my child’s emotions completely—no comfort, no hug—and simply walked away to photograph other children. All of this just to take pictures, at the expense of causing my child further trauma. It was heartbreaking. (This behavior is documented on video, which was actually sent to me by the teacher herself as part of the daily update, showing their complete lack of awareness about how inappropriate their actions were.)
My child only attended this daycare for six days in total. Due to the teachers’ cold and improper treatment, he suffered emotional trauma, throat inflammation so severe he could not eat solid food, and frequent night terrors every night.
Dishonest money-grabbing practices: Before enrollment, I paid a $700 deposit plus $1,600 for four weeks of tuition. Since my child only attended six days, per the contract I should have been refunded the remaining two weeks of tuition. Instead, they refused to return a single dollar and even threatened me with an additional $400 “penalty” for withdrawing before one year. Despite the severe harm my child suffered, they shamelessly kept all the fees, including the deposit.
