When my son went to this daycare the employees they had working were amazing. they would do activities, swim lessons by professionals at the works (in somersworth I believe) however when the old previous management started running the daycare again everything went downhill. All the amazing employees that had been there for years started leaving. This daycare can't keep any staff except one of their older children who is very inattentive has fallen asleep on the floor with the kids during nap time leaving only one person awake to watch the babies and toddlers. Not to mention they are way over the child to caregiver ratio. My child came home with a rope burn around his neck from tether ball, noone said anything, no incident report and when I confronted them about it they downplayed the severity of the fact that a rope wrapped around his neck and pulled hard and fast enough to leave a friction burn all the way around his neck. There has been a child enrolled who is at least 9 years old and bullies the other children and sets the worst example. For instance, way out back of the play area the child was getting other younger kids to throw large rocks over the fence and onto cars on the other side, and jumping on a glass aquarium until the glass broke luckily no one got maimed or killed. This is not a joke, not a revenge post, I just cant sit back and keep hearing these horror stories from families who still have children enrolled but can't afford to pull them out. This place is dangerous please be aware and do your research.
My daughter was enrolled here for almost 2 years. The staff is amazing! They actually treat you like family. BUT the person who does the billing is scandalous. I have had to question my bills many times and just recently got kicked out for questioning her seemingly illegal actions. If it weren't for the billing I'd give them a solid 5 stars
the staff here is great! its clean! my child loves it there! BUT! almost everytime its time to pay my weekly bill...the billing department jacks up my price! and i'm constantly emailing them about my bill! so be sure to always check your cost and keep your reciets!
