Berwick Early Learning Center

I find this center to be incredible unprofessional, disorganized and unreliable. They have been closed for a week due to a possible close contact case, which is understandable, However, I followed up the night prior for confirmation that they would be open and they had said yes. That morning I received a text message saying one of their employees was out and MY child (only) put them over capacity. I find it extremely unprofessional and irresponsible to pick and choose which students can or cannot go that day, especially when all parents are paying for their service.

Even when it comes to closings or information, I am always needing to be notified by other parents. I believe this center is very disorganized and I would not recommend.

But, the staff does seem very friendly towards the children on most days and other than their unorganized process of running the facility, my daughter does enjoy attending this facility.
