Plan: Ms. Diel stated that she will talk all staff about not using their phones in the classroom. Ms. Diel stated that she will write the staff member up that was using their cellphone on 10/4/17 since staff have already left for the day. Ms. Diel stated that if this continue then the staff will no longer be able to have their phones in the classroom. Ms. Diel stated that staff are only able to use their phones when they are needing to get ahold of her.

Staff member was sitting in a chair with head down looking at phone when worker walked into classroom which was interfering with supervision of children in the classroom.
