I have 19 month old twins in Happi Time for two weeks, So far so good. I have read the previous comments and would like to say that there is a lock on the front door that can only be opened by an access code. I haven't ever toured the building, but both babies seem fairy happy going and leaving. The staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful every time I arrive. I have not had any negative thoughts or feelings. I have a lot of friends who also bring their children here. I think some people will complain about everything.:)

I pulled my child after a short time.. Keep in mind a super outgoing child and everyone is his friend.. After the first day ..each day got worse.. he was crying the when when hit the street nearing the center.. saying.. No don't turn here,, always begging not to go..and trying to pull away from me so I could not get him to take him in.. I felt like there was a wall up literally between me and the daycare and providers/owner.. Each day was a bad report.. and he was extremely unhappy..within a week he started waking at night crying.. and this in NOT like him.. nothing was like my child after here.. I dreaded taking him and followed my gut and looked at another daycare that was recommended.. and after one day.. He was relaxed happy and back to normal.. We went to get his belongings at old school and the minute we pulled up he said.. noo.. i dont want to come here.. and I explained we were just picking up his things and we would not come there anymore.. Kids can cry but when most every child you see coming is not cool.. the new daycare all was happy and a much better feeling and result.

Worst day care I have ever seen!! Parents please choose somewhere else for your child. My two children attended here for a few months and in the time period they were enrolled I had numerous disagreeances with the owner. At first when you get the tour of the day care you think it looks great, lots of toys, play area outside, & even a fingerprint check in system. However what is not disclosed to you is that even though they have the fingerprint system set-up, this is for THEIR convience, not for your childs protection! Certain hours of the day no one is running the front desk and ANYONE can walk in through the door (no security here) and have access to anywhere in the center. Again, the system they are using is for their convience for financial purposes. Also, the owner allows teenagers inside the center who have neither had a background check or drug testing done (remember parents these teenagers are literally right there face to face with your children). Also, some of these teenagers are always decked out in black with piercings all over their faces. I as an adult, am not bothered by this, but it did scare my three year old. I did not pay $100+\week for my child to be exposed to such, I was under the impression of the center being "wholesome" however not the case when you start to see between the cracks. Also, pay attention to the sanitation of the center. We were asked to bring a toothbrush for our daughter, as parents we thought, good she will be getting her teeth brushed after lunch/snack. On closer inspection did I not only realize that all the toothbrushes were bundled together with bristles of one childs toothbrush touching the brushes of another childs (gross talk about germs spreading!!!) but that NONE of the toothbrushes looked like they had EVER been used! Take a look at your kids toothbrush, by week 2 the bristles are spreading apart just from the way they brush their teeth, well the toothbrushes here look brand new. I called to request an end of the year statement for tax purposes bc out of all of the receipts that I had not a single one had the company's EIN # on it (mandatory for IRS) owner flat out REFUSED to give me my information. Literally, she spent an hour arguing and hanging up on me when I simply needed what she is legally obligated to give me. So, parents paying out of pocket and expect to use payments on your taxes for child care credit BEWARE-- if she doesn't like you she won't give them to you! Also, the "mandatory" outfits that they require you to bring in case your child has an accident PLeASE PLEASE don't take anything you wouldn't mind being given to another child. After I pulled my childrenn from the center I went to retrieve my daughters dresses, mind you she has only been out of day care for 2 DAYS, and somehow "magically" they are gone. One of the workers had a daughter and I'm guessing that that's where our dresses ended up! Again, that's my opinion from how that ordeal went down because of the tone of voice that the owner had with me when I went to get them and Never did she apologize or even offer to reimburse what her facility had "misplaced" another thing to consider- if she doesn't like you and your child has ANYThiNG wrong physically, seriously random sneeze type of deal, she will call you to take them to the doctor to get a clean bill of Heath, but remember the teenagers I was talking about that were allowed in the center (not employees, volunteers, or enrolled customers) somehow they are exempt from this! I understand germs spread but at some point, "what's good for the goose is good for the gander" on, another feature that looks so magnificent when you are viewing the center is how their are "safety" things set up all over the place-- look carefully over half are broken! While my children attended this center I brought all of these issues up with not only the staff, but also the owner. Every time she because very defensive & I'm sure that NONE of these issues have been fixed to-date, but once she is aware that other parents are being told this then she will automatically order her staff to fix them. Just watch, because there is plenty more wrong with this place. I could go on & on-- oh, also parents PLEASE brent robinson aware that her "tutoring service" is her basically telling your child what to write on the paper and not explaining anything to them. I have seen this in action & as someone who tutored on the side in college was appalled to see this. Such a disgrace. I would recommend using another day care! Also, be warned that she owns like 2 or 3 different facilities in Enid that are all run the same way!
