I absolutely loved working here. Loved the staff and the children. The owners wonderful and cares about both children and her staff. Family’s who are thinking about sending their child to the school should definitely do so and should not listen to the bad reviews written on this website.
Both of our children have had a great experience here. Our oldest has gone here for years, and our youngest has started recently. While everyone's experiences may be different, we can say ours couldn't be better. Sure, there are always things that aren't perfect, but we can say without hesitation that the owner (and staff) first and foremost care about the kid(s). They do a great job of balancing each individual child's needs and abilities (which is challenging), while progressing all children as a group. Our oldest is more than prepared for the next educational step, and our youngest is progressing as expected. The owner does a great job of helping children grow and learn everything from communication, social, and reasoning skills. We have recommended this daycare to multiple families which we know without reservation.
My child has been very happy away from this woman (owner) and I will not be surprised if I hear she's been shut down in two years due to incompetence.
My child has attended LTCDC (Learning Time Child Development Center) for more than two years now. I am a very involved parent and I openly communicate with both the owner and staff and I have never encountered any issues. My child has thrived both in learning and social development and I truly feel that she is cared for while away from me. My child not only loves to get dropped off at daycare/school but is welcomed with open arms by teachers and other kids alike.
Since these postings there have been some major changes at the school (all for the better) with staff, families, interior and exterior renovations and positive revisions of policies and curriculum.
I would highly reccomend this daycare/school.
I will have to agree with the sight-fullness of this parent. I am a recent employee who quit because of not having enough staff and inappropriate discipline methods. Owner works at her daycare and was always on her phone or Facebook while her room was left to run a muck. Children were put down for nap at 12pm and expected to stay on their mat till 3pm, even if they didn't sleep, totally inappropriate! Children were also left in time-out for extended periods and forgotten about. I do not recommend this daycare.
My children attended here. I was not happy with the way staff and owner were always at odds. Activity's or specials were not always offered as stated. My child eventually did not want to go because he/she was always in time-out. Staff and child ratio was always violated (not enough staff) and rooms mixed with infants/toddlers. I do not recommended this daycare, owner makes good first impression but once your child attends there are red flags everywhere.
