This facility is very unprofessional. They bait and switch their rules and regulations and do not give children a chance once bad behavior has been shown. The staff members use profanities without regards to the children that are around. There has been more than one occasion where my children have told me that they swear in front of children. There was an instance where I signed my children up for the day before a holiday and that day before they informed me that the facility was closing early and I would have to pick up my children before the end of my shift after I had already signed my children up for that particular day a week a head of time. They also take days off whenever they feel like and feel like it is an inconvenience on them. The owner does not take responsibility for the establishment as it should be her duty to accommodate to parents that work later. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, they show blatant disrespect to any parent that doesn't jump on their band wagon and follow their rules. I am a working mother that has to have a childcare facility watch my kids but the headache that I have dealt with for almost a year is completely ridiculous. Save yourself time and find a different facility. I will never put my kids through their shenanigans ever again!
