Effective 7/17/20 the CDC Guidance outlined four Critical Elements for day cares that include critical planning and activities which should occur in child care settings to protect the health and safety of both children and staff. information.) No infant under any circumstance will be able to sleep in a swing, bouncer, high chair. They will be put to sleep on their back in there crib at all times. In addition, at our Monday, 7-9-18 staff meeting we spoke about and all staff read the hand out about infant safe sleep packet and signed off on it. Staff will no longer allow parents to say it is ok that they sleep like this because we do it at home. |

Staff #1 was hired on 12/14/17 and did not have a FBI clearance on file until 12/19/17, which is out of date. Staff #2 was hired as an employee on 5/9/18 and sis not have a State Police clearance and Child Abuse clearance until 5/15/18 and 5/24/18 respectively. This occurred when the staff 1 was hired in December and the state changed their provider who does fingerprints. We had no notification about this so when I went to do them on line Cogent was not working. Had to research and find out after many phone calls that the provider was someone else. Finally got the info input into the computer and then the closest place was Shohola PA or Clark Summit PA which are over 45 mins away. |

They are always to be out and the windows will only be able to open 6 inches. I will place notes on all the windows as a reminder so that so that all adults are aware. I also assigned our 630am person to check on the locks and I will check every night to make sure they are out. |
