The surveyor could not determine whether the feces was fresh or old, but it had not been cleaned up off the floor.

Findings: The surveyor reviewed 4 indoor activity areas; based on staff statement and observation the following was determined: Kitchen: Cleaning products in the kitchen, labeled keep-out-of-reach of children, were accessible to enrolled children in the Four and Older ' s room through the open door between the two areas. Four and Older ' s room: A child reached for and touched a spray bottle of cleaning solution that was set on a table near the food service area in the classroom. The staff member acknowledged that the cleaning solution should have been put up.

The staff member in the room acknowledged the hair ties and removed them.

Findings: The surveyor reviewed 4 indoor activity areas; based on staff statement and observation the following was determined: One ' s room: Children sat down at the tables for snack without washing their hands first; the children had been putting away toys before coming to the tables. A staff member in the room stated that they washed their hands before putting the toys away, but would wait to wash hands until right before eating.
