Description: Learning Avenues (formerly East Vancouver Child Care Center) provides a warm and safe environmet for children age 4 weeks through age twelve. The center was founded in 1969 as a result of a need for childcare for low income families in the heights area. LACCC has kept that same purpose to provide caring, developmental childcare to families for a cost based on their ability to pay. We have had several families come through our programs and now grown, come back to bring their families.
