I'm still fuming after a teacher put her hands on my child back in Nov of last year. Of course cameras didn't work and none in the hallway. Staff didn't care since they put him right back with her 2 weeks later. The excuse is always that they are short staffed. The director tried to get me to change my mind but couldn't even apologize or look into the incident. They just didn't want to loose money. Owner lost her crap on me for being upset with how they treated my oldest the month prior. Thankfully I recorded it to show their dad. If your kids are there, pull them. If you are thinking of enrolling your kids, don't! They only care about money and could careless about the families. I can't believe they are still open.
Had both of our kids there as they were the only ones who could get them on short notice. Everything was great for about 3-4ish months. Then we started noticing patterns. Our infant daughter started getting sent home with a "fever" at least once every 2 weeks. I work 15 min away and unless my daughter has some crazy medical mystery her temp would go from 100-101 down to 98.6 in less then 20 min. Teachers always seem to be on thier phones. And kids are all over the place writing on walls, tearing up books, or climbing over furniture. My wife went and picked up my daughter one day and an infant was pushing a crib over another infant while the teachers were talking, and then ignored that child when it crawled over fo comfort. The final straw was when my toddler was picked up at the end of the day and reaked of pee (pants were almost dry) meaning he went at least 3ish hrs without the teachers noticing. Also at the end of the day the group multiple aged kids into the "big room", (3yrs - school age), which is outside of Illinois child care guidance in lieu of covid 19. I'm sure the manager of this account will spat personal conflict or some non-sense but there are multiple people in my neighborhood who feel the same. If possible stay away from this "child care facility".
