Plan: In future incidents were a child's behavior/conduct, whether it's physical or verbal deemed dangerous or harmful to other children or staff we the staff will not use a children and staff assembly format to make aware of the incident, but will instead use more often a parent/staff/child office conference, which will also be documented and signed. This should help minimize any child feeling humiliated or singled out in a classroom setting.

Licensing observed 3 school agers to have their faces covered while resting on cots. Licensing discussed when a child continues to cover their head or face, the cover is removed once the child falls asleep.
