| Findings: Specialist witnessed child care areas that contained lots of dirt, clutter and food pieces from previous meals served. The carpet was dirty, the flooring around the table that the children eat on was littered with food debris. The laundry was spilling out into the hall, a child care area, and a tripping hazard to the children. The refrigerator in the child care area was in need of cleaning. Spilled items were stuck to the bottom door area. The clutter on the kitchen counter is limiting the amount of space available that can be sanitized appropriately and used for food preparation. The microwave was caked with food from previous meals. see photos | |||
