I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If I could give her no stars I absolutely would Kathy Laggah is very unprofessional I told her in advance what hours I needed her last minute the Day of she tells me that she can not keep my children I feel like she could have at least told me days in advance so I could have made other plans with another daycare provider instead she left me with no other option but to call in so No absolutely not she is Not reliable I don't recommend anyone go to her for Daycare
