Description: Welcome to our La Petite Academy educational daycare in Fayetteville, Arkansas! My name is Mollie Moore, and I am the Academy Director. With a degree in education as well as other early childhood education programs and 34 years of teaching and managing experience, I am committed to making your toughest decision in selecting child care/preschool much easier. Based on my extensive experience and education, I can confidently say our infant care, preschool and other age-specific programs are the best in the Fayetteville community.
Since being director of this school since 2008, I have treated everyone involved as if they were my own family - the children, parents and teachers alike. We want our learning center to be warm and welcoming and have an open-door policy for anyone who would like to talk. Monthly events encourage everyone to participate to ensure our families meet each other and develop strong relationships.
Our center here in Fayetteville is working towards accreditation at both the state and national levels. The standards we follow are higher than the State of Arkansas's Child Daycare Licensing Standards. Teachers have selected to follow these higher standards when implementing curriculum, maintaining the classroom, and communicating with you.
I find it rewarding when I overhear children telling their parents about the great day they had how much fun they had with their teachers and classmates. We are fortunate to have an outstanding staff dedicated to our children and families. More than half of our teachers have at least four years teaching experience. All of our teachers receive monthly training as well as ongoing training provided by our state's central professional registry program.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

I have had my child here for almost a year. Started out good. Then began to get bad as the months went by. The director is extremely abrasive and rude when talking about my now 2 year old. All children go through different phases when they are young and because my child developed an occasional biting issues she was always a problem and “cause one teacher to quit” which ended up being a lie. They send the kids outside in below freezing weather. And I constantly got told about how my child’s nose was always snotty and someone other than the teacher would have to clean it. My child has never been so sick and no this is not her first day care. The teachers she did have they were awesome and we love them. Not sure if the staff just want a paycheck or actually really love the kids but this is definitely not somewhere anyone’s child needs to be. Staff and kids are constantly sick because of how it’s unclean. Not to mention I have been trying to get in contact with the district manager but no one answers. I get hung up on when even asking about my child and it's extremely rude and unprofessional.
DO NOT ENROLL HERE.
The facility made a lot of promises on what they could provide and did not come through. Daily notes on my children's progress were never given as promised. My children came home multiple times with unknown bites, rashes and bruises which were not documented, clothes and sheets were lost on so many occasions. When visiting, I found the director not knowing what my children's names were after 6 months of enrollment. My speech delayed child was very much the victim of teacher neglect.
The director of the facility has no intention of conversing about the education of your child or facilitating their needs. Unfortunately with bad management, even if there are good teachers this facility is not in any way recommended.
The end result of my experience was that La Petite Academy primary goal is not the education of the students. I recommend not being fooled by the facility with the packaged sales pitch, brochures and education materials. They have no meaning unless the facility has the staff to fulfill their promises.
