I picked my child up on several occasions with injuries that were never reported. My child was injured at this childcare center 3 times I noticed the injuries at pick up that were never reported. The teachers and directors did not inform me of any incidents, nor did they ever write any incident reports. I spoke with both directors Ashley Estep and Jenna Davis several times about my safety concerns; they both did nothing to make a safer environment for my child. We observed several times on the camera’s kids horse playing roughly without supervision. The classrooms are over packed with only one teacher most of the day which might be causing the lack of supervision. I withdrew my child after the last unreported incident that left a severe scratch on his face. I am extremely disappointed with the care that my child received while attending Le Petite Academy St Johns Bluff. This childcare center lacks efforts to keep children safe. These teachers and directors are obviously not monitoring the kids properly.
