Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) On 6-27-2019 Provider was notified by a parent that her children would not be attending that day. Provider decided to take her own children, who normally attend Krystal's Kastle I with her to Krystals Kastle III. The parent showed up and dropped off the children who were not supposed to attend. Provider called care giver at Krystals Kaslte I to pick up providers own children. Providers children were taken back to Krystals Kastle I after Marleta left.
