I would give zero star's to this place if I could. They tried to remove my oldest son due to him having "issues" and that he needs "fixed" before coming back to the daycare center. So my fiancé and I came to watch the video footage of everything they accused my son of doing so that we can see for ourselves how to help him. All we saw was him playing with the children and the employees on their phones. So my fiancé didn't keep his mouth shut and told the daycare staff they need to properly do their job, especially if other children are being hurt. I had a meeting later on with the owners and the directors. I got yelled at from the start saying that what they do in their establishment is none of my business. They had screenshots of my messages with their employees after hours and had the nerve to threaten my fiancé who is an Officer of the Armed Forces. The worst part of it all, they kicked out my children just because we put our foot down on them and threatened to turn their establishment in for poor work ethics. Thankfully, I have my children moved to a better daycare! I have contacted local authorities about the owners threatening my fiancé and let's hope that justice will be served. This place needs a wake up call!
Not professional at all! My daughter was kicked out of daycare without notice all because we questioned their staff about why they were NOT wearing masks per state guidelines when caring for the kids in their care. This kind of ignorance is why people are dying from Covid. The facility and staff could care less about health of the community or the kids in their car.
The only reason I am giving this place two stars, is because the people who work there truly love the children and want whats best for them. But that being said, the owners don’t care about their employees and only worry about how they can make more money. Violating WVITT guidelines with how many children are to an adult and simply not caring / not listening to their employees.
Horrible place to leave ones child. Unprofessional, uncaring and a high risk daycare. Not only does this daycare have multiple complaints due to the risk level,
They also have numerous complaints within the labor board due to the owners deciding how many hours the employee work instead of them actually using the system in place to determine that. There's many many daycares around the Princeton area.
I would avoid this one at all costs.
