I met with the Director/owner Cynthia Rodriguez just passing by the hall way.She kept babbling in a nasty way how i could not leave my child in the classroom because it was not 7:30am and her staff was not on the clock. I doubt she knew that parents there knew that piece of info and we were just waiting for the door to open.
she is the reason why i give a 1 star. She was a Nasty individual. Very poor approach toward parents. Unable to express herself politely. Very rude individual. Thank goodness i don't need to have contact with her at any time. I must say my sons teachers/Care takers are excellent. My sons teachers deserve 5 stars.
Did i mention i pay for my son to be there? She must of judged me by my appearance and probably thought i was getting a voucher for my son. Even if i was no parent should have such a negative experience with a Director/Owner of a facility.
