Description: The State Preschool Program is a three-hour educational program for children ages three and four years old. These programs are located at early education centers, elementary schools and adult schools. The State Preschool Program provides personalized learning experiences before children enter kindergarten. Free to families whose gross monthly income does not exceed the income ceilings established by the California Department of Education.
