Description: Council on Rural Services has been involved in Head Start and early childhood education for 35 years. We believe community involvement in the early education of our children is the way we all make a di erence, while impacting social change for our children’s future. Children need a solid focus from their rst teachers - their parents, ongoing involvement in education programs beginning at birth, and support of the community in order to become independent adults in today’s world.
