About the Provider
Welcome to our Small Family Child Care Center! As licensed attachment focused small in-home family child care; our focus is nourishing children's foundation through play, trust, and community . "Elevating children will liberate us all."
We encourage and utilize, what can sometimes be viewed as, alternative care methodologies, and in doing so, believe that it is in the child’s (and parent’s) best interest for personal growth. We encompass the following strategies/methods/ideologies:
• Small provider-to-child ratios to provide more personalized experiences
• Child-centered approaches to maximize learning occurrences
• Play-based learning to encourage natural curiosity
• Gentle parenting strategies to reduce the effect of transitional periods, anxiety, and to boost self-esteem
• Attachment-based parenting methodologies to encourage healthy relationships • Cloth- diaper friendly to reduce carbon footprint, and of course
• Baby-wearing!
