About the Provider

Our educational philosophy is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, started by lifelong educator, innovator and creative philosopher, Loris Malaguzzi, in the Italian province of Reggio Emilia after World War II. Learn more About Our Preschools to see how we bring our philosophy to life.

Loris Malaguzzi believed that “the wider the range of possibilities we offer children, the more intense will be their motivations and the richer their experiences. We must widen the range of topics and goals, the types of situations we offer and their degree of structure, the kinds and combinations of resources and materials, and the possible interactions with things, peers, and adults.”

Our KLA Schools are not just childcare learning centers, but environments where each child’s abilities, competences, and natural aptitudes, are nurtured in ways that develop new and inherent talents. Find out more about Our Programs to discover why our preschools have a lasting positive impact in children’s lives.

In December 1991, Newsweek magazine hailed the preschools of Reggio Emilia as the “best in the world.” The Reggio Emilia Approach and KLA Schools encourage children to acquire skills of critical thinking and collaboration.
