Findings: 5 CSR 25-500.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers Violation: The requirements for protective outlet covers or twist-lock outlets were not met as evidenced by electrical outlets were not covered in that two outlets were open in the children's napping area and six outlets were uncovered in the (unlocked) staff breakroom which opens from nap room in the basement.
