You cannot depend on them to watch child or children while you work. They don't do holidays and half do every other weekends. Although they say they are 24 hours they aren't available when you need them. I had to pay a second babysitter because they weren't available. If you choose be prepared meaning have a fill on babysitter. They bill for fulltime but want to do half a** work. They also want 50 dollars on Saturday when they are available. They full of crap. Don't be fooled by the friendly faces.
