I rarely write reviews but I have to warn other parents. She comes off a little harsh but I think it’s her personality. We’ve had plenty of talks and she even mentioned how she doesn’t get paid enough for the children that have vouchers. My children were with her for about 3 months. Everything was ok up until the last month. My son has a medical condition which he was diagnosed 2 years ago. She proceeds to tell me that he’s faking his condition. For some reason she didn’t like my son. One day I guess he wasn’t listening which I told her to call me if there’s any issues, which she never did. So on this particular day she tells me he’s been bullying other children and I asked well why haven’t you told me and she said it’s because she would separate him, which doesn’t answer my question. Every time I pick them up I immediately ask about their behavior and she always says they were good. So I asked my other children about the whole bullying situation and they said my son never bullied anyone which that’s not in his nature. My older son who is 9 1/2 also told me she barely watches them and most of the day she’s in another room. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to my worst enemy.
The provider wasn't kind, nor kept her word once she was challenged. She gave up on the last day after letting us know that she would provide care until we found another daycare.
TRIPLE read her contract. If you have to switch suddenly to a different shift she will try to collect $62 and if ELC doesn’t force you to pay it she will keep all you child’s belongings like she did to my friend.
