Kim seems to be for the most part great with the children but charges parents and government funding programs even though parent has paid other babysitter to replace her. Even the request time off still charges no matter what and goes back in claims from government and state funding programs even though she did not care for the child during that time frame. There seems to be some dishonesty bleeding through her good qualities
