The Killingworth Nursery School is a non-profit, interdenominational, cooperative preschool which admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin. The Killingworth Nursery School is located on the lower level of the Congregational Church of Killingworth at 273 Route 81.

Every day at Killingworth Nursery School is filled with a variety of activities that make learning fun. Each child has an opportunity to explore his/her environment at his/her own pace.
