I was attempting to give the childcare a try, in hopes that me communicating with the new director Samantha and communicating with staff would lead to a solution from all the problems I have been having with my child from a kid choking him, chipping his adult tooth, biting him, or not letting my child get seconds when another kid put his hands in my son's food hoping we could come to a resolution. I called the childcare and mentioned, just like I did to his school which had no problem having him sit out and take it easy due to an earache and possible ruptured membrane, Samantha tells me that if my son is having “all theses medical issues” then she would prefer him not to attend. At that point her insensitivity, concern for my child's well being, or my simple wishes as a parent of him taking a light day today at the school by not running around and playing inside, just sitting in and reading or coloring was too much to ask. I want to make sure everyone knows the kind of director that is running this facility and the how the staff are not properly caring for child and their safety or letting parent's know when they child was hurt.
This director was ABSOLUTLE unprofessional, rude, and should be re-evaluated along with staff to meet AZDHS child care facility's regulations!
My children have attended this center since they were infants, the staff is incredible and the environment is always positive. I recommend Kidz World to anyone who wants the best for their children.
