Daycare never open the hours they say. Unstaffed. Opener always late. Closed the Friday before holiday and the Monday after. Owner ask parents to buy their food stamps. They use kids diapers pull-ups and wipes on other kids. They gossip about parents. They rush you to pick up your kids cause they young and unstaffed. The roof leaking in kids play area.
I love it!! Simple
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! money hungry! no one is certified, ran by owners daughter who are very rude and ghetto with no experience!!! very very very unprofessional and do not know how to communicate! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE U GET WHAT U PAY FOR!!! cheap is not good!!!!!
Deplorable conditions and u safe for children. Wall plates missing off the the sockets. Rude staff and unprofessional owner. Find elsewhere to take your precious child/children.
I absolutely love this facility and so do my children. I have a 10 month and a 3 year old and the staff makes them feel so comfortable. My 3 year old receives homework packets weekly! Kidz Palace is also open from 5:30 a.m. - 11p.m which is a plus !!!
I do not recommend this daycare. The center is not terrible, however, the staff is very GHETTO. The Owner, Ms. Sharon is very ghetto and unprofessional. You can tell by the ghetto signs on the door that they have little class. I chose this daycare because it was the best that I could afford (until I found a better one through referral). They have little understanding for first time parents leaving their child at daycare, I've seen them kiss babies on the lips, and I believe they truly think they are a school (regardless of your schedule, they want your child to be dropped off at a certain time or else you are reprimanded), and have an air as if YOU are not the one paying THEM for their services. My child came home with scratches on her face, and when asked, I found out staff did it on accident with their long acrylic nails. My first week of using this center, I was told to call immediately (thinking it was an emergency), I was then told that the staff thinks i'm "dry" and that I "linger" -- I found that to be so ghetto, distasteful and inappropriate. I was so taken back I didn't respond how I would've liked, plus my child was still in their care and I didn't want to jeopardize her safety. During the holiday's they require you pay for a full week (for their pockets), regardless of if your child is there or not. I called around to see if every center has this same requirement and THEY DO NOT. Some centers only require notice that your child will be gone for a week, and do not charge, thank God.
Overall, I wasn't getting quality service for what I was paying and I love to support black owned businesses, but I would appreciate that the business be worthy of my hard earned money, that my child is properly cared for, and that things are in order.
Yes, the bathroom doesn't have soap.
Kids piss, and walk out and go play, with no one to monitor.
If you use this center, please encourage them to do better in regards to quality and professionalism.
Good things about the center: affordable, and open 24hrs.
Hope this helps someone.
