Do not EVER EVER EVER send your child to this day care. Staff and owners are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They talk very ugly to the parents! they are also inattentive so this is the worst place for a busy baby to be! They need a serious training session for all of the people there. On top of all of that, the talk your personal business with the other parents. A low class facility with low class workers.
I wanted to give 0 stars but YP made me click at least one. The ONLY good thing is they open at 6a for people who have to go to work early. The staff are not trained to take care of children properly. I did not like how they hold my baby without head support and her little legs just dangling. I was walking to the back to the infant room and heard one of the workers pronounce "sink" as "zank". Now I know a lot of New Orleans people say it this way but that is not how it should be taught in school. Children should have proper education and if they stray or their environment changes that then so be it. I only liked 2 of the women in the whole place but after I said I was taking my child out their attitudes changed. It was like I was shunned for taking my child out. People would stop talking and just look when I came in. My child would always be put in a swing in the corner because she was constantly crying because she didn't sleep on her back (I was paying for the camera so yes I would call to have her in better view). They would always shove a bottle in her mouth to keep her quiet (they didn't realize she was only crying because she was sleepy). I had a minor complaint and when I returned the next day it was as if the staff was mad that I called the "boss". They were very sarcastic in meeting my needs. The "boss" acted as if she was tired of me calling. At times the 1 yr olds or a little younger who were walking would be in the same room as the smaller infants. They would be climbing on swings that the babies were in. I understand they are just exploring but I was scared someone would tip over. They would be bouncing and the younger baby would just be crying because they are getting shook up. The 1 yr olds were everywhere and the staff couldn't control them. The changing table is right by one of the swings so when they would spray it for sanitizing the particles would get on the baby sitting in that swing. I'm sure there's other problems based on the other comments but I'm glad I am done with this awful place. I just hated it all together.
