very disappointed. I had heard good things about the facility. spoke with the director she had two spots available. I went by for a tour and to fill out paperwork.
When I entered the lady that was there stared down my son before speaking with me. She said the director was not there and she was not authorized to give tours or paperwork. For me to come back at 9am which was not in the original time I was given to come by. She advised I would get a call the next day. I did, the call said that both directors got their wires crossed and she didn't have spots for my kids but she would put them on the list.
