Beware!!!! We have been drop off 1 to 2 days a week for the almost the last 2 years. We have never missed a payment or been late. BUT today after dropping our twins off with out issue other than my son not really wanting to be left like he always does. When my wife went to pick up our kids. My wife was informed today that since our twins are part time we are for all practical purposes being dumped as clients. That they may or may not be able to take care of our kids because they are making room for full or part time kids now. We could call and see each morning if we would be allowed to drop them off. IE you can't schedule anything just call and see. I found this a bit odd that this change has happened with out any notice what so ever. So, I used the iMama app and messaged the director. I was called back by the assistant director who was rude and basically told me they had to make money and We had a choice we can go part times Yes, Read that as 3 days a week and pay for it or we can go full time read that as 5 days a week and pay for it even if we only bring them 2 days a week or our other choice was we could call they day of a drop off and see if they may or may not be able to take our kids because its not in their business model anymore. Very covenant for making plans ahead of time. I even asked about just making the two days a week as a scheduled time so they could just plan on our kids being there Tuesday s and Thursdays and was told NO that wasn't in their business model and was told we didn't have any options other than the 3 day pert time or 5 day full time. The saddest part of this is our twins love this place and I feel bad for them. NOT sure how you tell almost 4 year olds they cant see their teacher or friends anymore. So, take warning and beware this place will deal you out give a chance. Should have known something was up a few months ago when they mass messaged all parents about parents not paying their bills and when I called I was told OH not you just some parents needed to know. Very unprofessional but I let that slide. Again, folks best take warning.
