I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If I could give zero stars I would. The owners both Tina and Ben are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. They wrongly terminated our services and said false claims. We have been going there for 3 years an have never had an issue and are always respectful and nice. When I called to speak to Tina about her extremely rude message calling us liars and hypocrites, Ben said she will not speak to me and was very rude on the phone and said to never call there again and that Tina refuses to speak with me AND that I will not get a refund for wrongful termination which is NOWHERE stated in the Kids Under Construction handbook that I was given when I first signed my kids up. The claims that were said are wrong and I have proof. I stayed calm about the whole situation and even thanked them for their 3 years of service and I was yelled at and disrespected on the phone and HUNG UP ON!!! Highly unprofessional business owners who say “they are under investigation by the DHS for kids having fevers at daycare”. Good luck to those families who still go there.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter went there and I worked there for 19 months. My family and I would not recommend this facility because they are over on the amount of kids allow to be signed up at one time and they do not treat the kids the way they should nor the employees. I left a review on facebook, but it was quickly taken down because they did not want it to be seen. I worked there and I was constantly put out of ratio and had too many kids in my classroom to one person. I was left in a room with 27 (3 and 4yr old) kids by myself (only allowed 12 per teacher) while one of the directors went to the UHAL shed outside of the facility and did not return back to the classroom.
I have worked behind the scenes and had my daughter attend and overall, I would not recommend.
I had enough of it and quit after one of the directors was very rude about helping pass out lunch plates to the kids. After the fact, they were trying to comment on Facebook that I did not wash my hands when I had went to the bathroom and washed my hands about 5 minutes prior along with the kids before lunch.
