My child was sick every other day at this center because they allow certain children to return while still sick. Protocol is not followed if your child is injured. Extreme injuries, request to see recording for that day because they director/staff will lie about incident. Then if you do not request recording that day, it all of a sudden is no longer saved... Accident reports are not always made for above the head injuries as required by state law. Turnover rate for teachers is high, so children are placed in different rooms everyday with different teachers throughout the day. Very inconsistent and confusing to little ones & even parents! The truth surfaces, just hope other parents do not find out the way we did. Probably have some theft going on in front office, so I don't advise paying with cash. Just concerned parents for well being of our child and other's safety.
