Fight Club Daycare! My daughter was videotaped fighting with no intervention. The owner's Edwin and Justin don't seem to know about how a daycare operates. Fran the Director listens to concerns but ignores resolutions.
Complaints are noted but not taken seriously.
I have noted several DHS violations that go unaddressed. I have even been physically assaulted by a former staff. In the end Justin Snelling the owner told my daughter and I not to come back. Which we were not anyways. We do not trust them. Money First childcare second is my impression of this place
Going to miss this much needed flexible evening care for parents in chatt tn, they've now become a regular daytime daycare only hours.
Having gone through a few day care centers finding Kids rock was a blessing. The teachers are great and they have a great mix of structured learning and free play that allows my 3 year old to shine. Beyond knowing that my child is well cared for and having fun learning. Liz
I will give them 5 starts!!, They care about my little Warren, his teacher is amaizing and they do understand what is to have different work schedule.
This is the only center in town that is open until late everyday and also is open on Saturdays.
They really do care about what people think about them.
Also it is so flexible that I can change tuition plans by week.
If I don't go ,guess what !! I don't need to pay for that week, that have saved me a lot of money specially with my crazy work schedule.
There are some cons, though :( , one time they charged me the wrong amount but they gave me credit back for the next week. Eventhough it was not their fault, I wish that they get a better software to do payments.
