About the Provider
Our Mission is to provide safe, fun, enriching after-school opportunities that help build successful kids. The KOB After-School Enrichment program currently serves more than 800 students.
KOB After-School Enrichment is open to all 1st through 5th grade students who attend the six public elementary schools in McMinnville School District, including Sue Buel, Columbus, Grandhaven, Memorial, Newby, and Wascher Elementary.
Coordinated by a professional Program Manager and on-site program supervisors, the KOB After-School Enrichment program is staffed by school staff and adult recreation leaders with training and experience in youth development.
The KOB After-School Enrichment program includes two main segments – Power Hour and Recreation Enrichment, as well as special enrichment opportunities such as Outdoor School, Science Week, Global Youth Service Week, Artists-in-Residence, and numerous special guests and assemblies.
