I gave a 1 star review because there is no 0. DO NOT even think of sending your kiddos here unless you want your kids to be used as someone else's guarantee for monthly revenew. All the owner cares about is the money. She is a "great" sales person who would try to lure you in with sweet sales strategies (trying to tell you they have the lowest price in the area when in actuality they are the most expensive). And o, when I toured and was going to pay out of pocket this woman arranged for a tour for me that same day. However, when I got approved for title xx 3 weeks after she wouldn't even return my phone calls. The director told me the owner was going to call me back to take me through enrollment but I never got a call back. I kept calling fo 5 good days until the same director told me i should pay registration fee to get paper work done( who pays registration fee for title xx???). They treat you like trash when they realise they cant make as much money from you. I don't even want to imagine what these title xx kids have to go through when they are left there with this person. I finally had to go to a way better centre because I couldn't risk putting my kids in the care of such a person.
We gave them 1 stars since our experience with the teachers was excellent. I can definitely say they have a passion for teaching and make the children feel accepted. We believe since it is a new business the owner maybe low on experience, processes, and procedures. HOWEVER, the lack of professionalism by the owner, TARA ADEYEYE, and her rude behavior was unacceptable. The daycare is nearly empty and as a startup I can understand BUT she did not learn my name nor my sons name and referred to him as baby. The owner is a great salesperson ("the older daycares are dirty) but I would bet money in a few years this location will be closed. Try the place up the street!!
