Description:
FUMC has a very unique and exciting ministry called Kids First. This is a full-time daycare and preschool that is operated as a ministry of the church and provides childcare with a Christian influence. Under the direction of Martha Sager, Kids First is one of the finest facilities in Bartlesville. Children are taught in a loving atmosphere about colors, shapes and then numbers and words, all the while learning Christian values and about God's amazing love for us. Childcare is offered for children ages 0 to Pre-Kindergarten. Kids First does not currently accept any type of subsidy.

Plan: According to DHS standards we will provide each child a time of rest. After a reasonable rest time a quiet area with books, puzzles and other activities will be provided for students who are still awake and for students as they wake up during the nap time hours. The cots will be picked up and stored away as each child moves to the designated quiet area. These changes will be made immediately. At this time our Kids First oversight committee is working on childcare policy and changing the wording of nap time procedures. The above procedures will be included in the parent handbook revisions. Nap time policy changes in the handbook will be sent to you as soon as the committee approves them. |

I love this place the bosses are great and the teachers are great and the kids and their parents are great
1 Star for a reason. Do NOT work here, do NOT let you child attend here. Kids are left out of ratio daily, teachers are physically and verbally abusive. Cussing infront of and to the children. Children purposely fed items their parents have listed as allergies. Directors don’t care about employees and are often not around. Babies are teased by the bottle repeatedly pulled away from them and not fed.
