Description: Kids First Academy is a multi-generation family owned business providing quality preschool education and childcare program, and a before and after Kindergarten care consisting of 2 classroom preschool for ages 2 years old up to 5 years old with a teacher-student ratio of 1 teacher per 8 kids.
Kids First Academy also proudly staffs highly qualified teachers with at least 21 units as minimum qualification and are effectively bilingual (Spanish and Tagalog), teaching and encouraging love for learning by providing a positive environment.
We provide a strong learning environment, guided by Creative Curriculum and emergent philosophy, where children learn through exploration and play with developmentally appropriate toys and activities. At Kids First, children develop emotional, social and intellectual skills that form a solid foundation and a love for learning.
Our school also provides quarterly individual assessment using Ages and Stages Questionaire (ASQ), a developmental and social-emotional screening. Highly reliable and valid, ASQ looks at strengths and trouble spots, and hopes to educate parents about developmental milestones, and incorporates parents’ expert knowledge about their children.
We offer transportation services to and from Elementary Schools in Pittsburg/Bay Point area. Door to door transportation service is also available if you need your child picked up and dropped off at home or other activities and or other daycare in Pittsburg/Bay Point area. Kids First Academy nourishes its students not only through its program curriculum but also through healthy home-cooked meals following USDA food guidelines prepared in the kitchen in the preschool.
Kids First Academy facility is a highly secured building with recorded CCTV monitor, and is closed to the public with inability to enter without visual ID through a video monitoring system. Only the people who are authorized are given accessed to the building. So, please make an appointment if you would like to visit our school.

I promised to myself that every time I saw people doing good things to children I am going to rate them excellent as in return of their goodness and being concerned to the children as well as their employees. Kids first academy is a good school and to be trusted. Parents will be lucky putting their children here. The family are helping their employees taking good care of the children. Good and nutritious food. loving and caring environment for the children treating them as their own.
