I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I had to give a 1 star because I had to. This place shouldn't be open at all. The workers are lazy and nasty just like they're boss who happens to be the owner as well. Very unclean and abusive staff. There is a worker there that sprayed a kid in the face with a soap and water bottle used for cleaning because the child wasn't listening. And she still works there. The worker must've been on drugs. The owner must be on drugs as well because she allows the most terrible things to happen and does nothing about it.
