Violation Observed: Ensure that the blow-up house is used in accordance to the manufacture's instructions. During an interview, a staff member stated that the inflatable bounce house was being used inside the center.

Violation Observed: Ensure that the children play with age appropriate toys in room 1. An 18 month old child was playing with a small car such a Hot wheels car.
2021-08-19 3A:52-4.11(a)(5) Criminal History Record Information background check procedures
As a condition of securing a license or Certificate of Life/Safety Approval, the sponsor or sponsor representative shall ensure that a Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) fingerprint background check is completed for himself or herself, and for all staff members at least 18 years of age who are or will be working at the center on a regularly- scheduled basis, to determine whether any such person has been convicted of a crime, as specified in P.L. 2000, c. 77 (N.J.S.A. 30:5B-6.10 to 6.17). When a person who is not required to complete a CHRI background check is working with children at the center, the center shall ensure oversight of that person by another staff member and ensure that the person is not left alone to supervise a child or group of children.

Violation Observed: Ensure that the CHRI clearances are completed for the two new staff.
2021-08-19 2021-08-19 3A:52-5.3(a)(10) Physical plant requirements for all centers
Indoor maintenance and sanitation requirements are as follows: all corrosive agents, insecticides, bleaches, detergents, polishes, any products under pressure in an aerosol spray can, and any toxic substance shall be stored in a locked cabinet or in an enclosure located in an area not accessible to the children.

Violation Observed: Ensure that the paint is inaccessible to the children in room 3. There was a can of paint on the shelf. The paint was removed during the inspection.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Very good staff compassionate about what they do and my child is always happy . Love the learning technique they use my daughter struggled with reading and the gave us sights words to help my daughters . Really appreciate the staff for taking the time to care.
