This facility failed on many occasions to have contingency plans put in place when employees were absent. They also lack communication efforts between parents when it comes to this. Texting parents at 845pm at night that they will be closed the next day is not very professional. They have never been consistent from week to week with their id this facility had better programs in place to involve parents, I would think different. My experience here was below average and I would not recommend this place.
