Plan: Corrected during the monitoring visit. A two year old was moved to the Pre K class which is a total of 12 to 1 with 2 two year olds A three year old was moved to the two year old classroom which makes a total of 8 to 1 with 5 two year olds which reverts back to the straight ratio for 2 year olds The school age classroom was corrected when the Director came into the classroom. I will hire a new teacher soon to help with ratios.

Ratios mean the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless the requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.

Two classrooms were out of ratio. The infants toddlers and twos classroom had 8 children to 1 staff person with zero infants. The school age classroom five and older had 19 children to 1 teacher with one five year old.

One child enrolled in the two year old room today does not have a Compliance file notification form that has been completed 12 months after enrollment. Enrollment was 1-24-17.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I loved taking my daughter here. The ladies were very attentive to her and made us feel like she was well taken care of. The only reason we left was because of a move. It made us sad to leave such a trusted facility.
